The badarpur settles down at the bottom and the remaining sand settles on top of it. This will give you a fair idea about the extent of mixing and cheating.

4) The saria which you buy when get shipped can have some bundles of the company other than what you bought. So one should inspect it before taking the delivery. Also check the balance yourself before getting the saria weighed on that machine.
5) The prices for saria changes on a daily basis as "iron/Loha" is traded as a commodity on the bourses like stocks of a company. So you might want to track the price movement for some time before deciding to buy it.
